Motorola

Brand Development | Packaging | In-store | Shopper | Advertising | CGI | Animation

Challenge: Due to the success of Apple and Samsung, Motorola has lost much of its US market share. They needed to inject new relevancy into the brand. It needed to be big, bold, impactful, and resonate with a global audience.

Approach: Working closely with the client on-site. We started with packaging and giving it a bold, new, attention-grabbing pack. From there we needed to build on the existing brand personality in order to create above-the-line, below-the-line, and digital advertising.

Results:
  • Hundreds of successful and on-time product launches

  • Award winning patented designs

  • Innovative and sustainable package development

  • 20% increase in net sales over two years

Staples™

Brand Development | Digital Strategy | eCommerce | Product CGI | Contextual Imagery

Challenge: As a shift in corporate direction, Staples was looking to create private label brands and move from a retail business to the eCommerce and B2B space. They recognized that the eComm experience was lacking and they were not competing with National Brands. They needed a fast and high volume approach to update all digital assets for a portfolio of over 6,000 products.

Approach: Using the combination of strategy, copy, design, CGI, and photography to develop best-in-class eComm imagery with a consistent look and feel for the entire portfolio. This was applied to the rolling launches and is critical for new product introductions. The system is designed to be fast, flexible, large volume, and high quality.

Results:
  • Competing against National Brands

  • 6 brands (Staples, TruRed, Perk, NXT, Coastwide, and U&S)

  • 3,080 products | 8,160 Images

  • 1,454 expanded images

Anheuser-Busch

eCommerce Strategy | Digital | Social Media | Animation | Concept & Execution

Challenge: Anheuser-Busch was looking for a content creation engine that provides solutions for product imagery and consistency between, packaging, print, and digital executions. This would help ensure products look the same in the market and across all mediums. Assets need to be repurposed for multiple executions and latter up to overall brand governance.

Approach: We decided to move forward with converting the entire product portfolio into CGI for overall consistency. This would allow us to set up a consistent product look and feel and the flexibility of high-fidelity assets. A style guide and imagery standards were created for all product imagery. Product, insitu, and animations are leveraged as a go-to-market strategy, as well as digital, social, eComm, and marketing deliverables.

Results:
  • Developed a scalable eCommerce strategy

  • 1200-1800 new products annually

  • Over 66k images over 6 years

Colgate-Palmolive

eCommerce Strategy | Digital | Social Media | Animation | Video Production | Concept & Execution

Challenge: Colgate-Palmolive was looking for marketing deliverables for their personal and oral care categories. They were looking for key visuals for marketing communications and and in-store materials. These images would be used for digital, eCommerce, and promotional materials.

Approach: Contextual images were developed for digital, eComm, animations, and hero visuals for marketing communications and in-store materials. We leveraged existing assets and expanded on the deliverables. I built a mixed-media team to execute assignments using design, copy, CGI, editing, and photography.

Results:
  • Expanded Asset Library: The project resulted in a significantly expanded library of high-quality assets for Colgate-Palmolive to use in future marketing initiatives.

  • Cost Savings: By leveraging existing assets and streamlining the production process, we delivered the project 35% under budget.
